◆ He must have passed a Higher Secondary Examination ( 10+2 ) conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Orissa or equivalent from a recognized Board and must have passed Knowledge in Computer Operation.

◆ He must have passed the Revenue Training Certificate

◆ He must not be having more than one spouse living

◆ He must be able to speak, read and write Oriya and must have passed the High School Certificate Examination or Equivalent Examination.

◆ Must be know Cycling and Swimming.

 

Scheme of Examination – Junior Clerk : 

Paper – l 1. English : 100 Marks and 02 hours

2. Arithmetic : 100 Marks and 01 hour

3. General Knowledge : 100 Marks and 01 hour

Paper-ll Computer Practical Test : 100 Marks and 01 hour

Paper -lll Viva : 45 Marks

Stenographer or Junior Typist : 

1. English Language : 100 Marks and 02 hour

2. Shorthand and Typing ( For Stenographer ) : 50 Marks

2.b : Type Writing Test ( For Typist ) 50 Marks

3. Computer Science Test ( Practical ) : 100 Marks and 01 hour

4. Viva : 35 Marks

For Amin Post : 

1. Arithmetic : 100 Marks

2. Computer – Written Test : 50 Marks

3. Computer Practical Test : 50 Marks

4. Handwriting in Oriya : 50 Marks
